Welcome to my cozy, bee-themed maisonette! This brand-new, two-bedroom, two-bathroom maisonette in Swieqi is just a short 7-minute walk from the vibrant St. Julian's area. I’ve poured my heart into designing this space with attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere just for you.
Whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home. From the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, every corner of this maisonette is crafted to provide you with a great experience.

Elevated ground floor: Accessible with stairs.
Open Plan:
Entering the maisonette you get into an air-conditioned open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped high-tech kitchen with large windows. The living room comes with air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube (log in with your account), free Wifi, speakers, sofa bed and black out curtains
The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with a a brand-new fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans and other useful utensils.
Main bathroom/Laundry:
The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower area with a rain shower head, electric heater, washing machine, tumble dryer, complimentary laundry detergent pods and shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).
Bedroom 1:
This bee themed bedroom comes wit air conditioning, queen-sized bed, black out curtains, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite.
Ensuite: This bathroom has a free-standing relaxing bath, electric heater and a shaving socket.
Bedroom 2: This air-conditioned bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, a console table and blackout curtains.
Other info:
Sofa bed: A comfortable high end sofa bed is also provided. If you plan to be more than 4 guests kindly let us know and we will also prepare this bed for a small extra cost.
Other supplies: Bedding, towels, laundry detergent pods, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee, sugar and tea bags.
Safety supplies: smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, emergency lights and exit sign.
